Can I reschedule my session and/or get a my retainer fee back?
If your photoshoot is rescheduled at least one week before the session date, your retainer fee may be applied to the rescheduled shoot. If you reschedule the session within 7 days before the session date, you must pay the retainer fee for the rescheduled session.
How many pictures will I receive?
The amount of photos you receive depends on the package that you choose. If you would like more photos than are included, they are available for purchase for an additional fee.
Can I purchase RAW images?
I do not offer RAW images to clients as they are unedited and therefore, are not an accurate representation of my work. I will always do what I can to fix or adjust any photo if you aren't happy with it. I encourage all of my clients to let me know if there is anything that they would like changed on their photos.
What are my payment options?
I currently except PayPal, Venmo and cash.
What should I wear?
We will go over this, and all other details of the session during your consultation. Every session is different!
How long do you store photos for?
I store all photos for one year. Additional images from a photoshoot may be purchased up to one year after your session. I always encourage my clients to download the images as soon as possible, as I do charge a small fee to resend photos after 90 days from the date of the session.
What if I have a huge pimple pop up just before the shoot?
No worries!! Blemishes are easy to remove! Let me know beforehand if you have any blemishes, birthmarks or scars that you may want removed.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, as long as the location is pet friendly.
